I'm planning to change internet providers and need to verify if my modem's firmware is supported by the new provider [Bravotelecom-->TekSavvy]. I plug my modem directly to my PC and go to 192.168.100.1 but the page won't load. I have tried restarting my modem 3-4 times and rebooting my PC 3-4 times and it still doesn't work. As far as I can tell my modem doesn't have a reset button so my only option was to turn the power off and on.
